My ZIKTO Walk won’t charge.

The basic ZIKTO Walk package contains a cradle and USB cable. Open the lid, place your ZIKTO Walk onto it, and Close the lid and plug in a cable to start charging your ZIKTO Walk. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge.

How do I update my firmware?

– There will be regular firmware updates, to provide more accurate and informative information through ZIKTO Walk. You can easily update your firmware yourself through the ZIKTO app. Make sure to have your device charged or have at least 80% of battery remaining when you update your firmware! The time is set to 00:00 on the display.

The time on ZIKTO Walk will show up as 00:00 when 1) the device is turned on for the first time or 2) the device was reset. Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone and try syncing with ZIKTO Walk.

The time on my display is not correct.

– If the time on your ZIKTO Walk’s display is incorrect, follow the instructions below. 1) Check if the time on your smartphone is correct. 2) Restart Bluetooth on your smartphone and try syncing with ZIKTO Walk.

My LED display doesn’t seem to light up under the sun.

– Strong sunlight can cause visibility issues with ZIKTO’s Phantom LED Display.
