ZIKTO has 7-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Zikto.com,
returns are accepted up to 7 days after your product is delivered.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- The product was purchased by you, directly from Zikto.com. For orders placed from other retailers, you will need to follow their return policies.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 7 days after your product is delivered.
To request an RMA, email email@example.com.
- The RMA number must be included along with your returned product.
- Once the display protection film on LED screen is removed, returns will not be accepted. Returned product(s) must be unused,
undamaged, and complete with all parts and accessories.
All accessories and packaging originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- Any shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e,g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss
or damage to the Product while in transit to Zikto.
- If you return the product to Zikto (a) without an RMA from Zikto or (b) without all parts included in the original package,
Zikto retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price
of the product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.
- Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of Zikto’s receipt of the returned product.
